A written audit of what is holding your practice back

Not an automated score out of a hundred. A person reviews your site, your listings, your tracking and your competitors, whether that is one location or a portfolio of them, then writes down what we would change and why.

What the audit covers

  1. Website and technical healthLoad speed on a real device, page structure, treatment coverage, form and phone paths, accessibility issues that block patients.
  2. Local visibilityYour Google Business Profile against the two or three practices you compete with, map visibility across your catchment, citation accuracy. For multi-location groups, this is assessed per location and rolled up into one view.
  3. Search positionWhich treatment searches you appear for, which ones you should, and what stands between the two.
  4. MeasurementWhether your calls and forms are actually being counted, and whether the numbers you are being reported can be trusted.
  5. The first ninety daysA prioritized list of what we would fix, in order, with the reasoning attached to each item.

We will not send you a competitor case study with someone else's numbers in place of a real assessment of your practice.

Request the audit

Five fields. We confirm the same day and come back within five working days.

Include the address even if you are mid rebuild.

Optional. Recent changes, agencies you have worked with, treatments you want to grow.

The audit is free and there is no obligation afterwards. If we do not think we can improve on what you already have, we will tell you that in writing.

We will tell you when the answer is not us

Some practices do not need an agency. They need their phone answered differently, or a treatment mix decision, or nothing at all for six months. If that is what the audit shows, that is what it will say.

A dentist in a bright, modern practice
  • Is this really free?

Yes. It takes us a few days of work and it is the most honest sales process we know. You keep the document either way.

  • What do you need from us?

Your website, your city and your practice name to begin. Read only access to your analytics and Google Business Profile makes the audit sharper, but it is not required.

  • How long does it take?

Five working days from the point we have what we need.

  • Will you pressure us afterwards?

No. We send the audit, we offer one call to walk through it, and then it is your decision.
